Free shipping on all orders over $100

Shipping is available New Zealand wide and any order received prior to 3pm will be shipped out the same day (excludes weekends and public holidays).  Any other orders will be shipped the following business day.

Here at The Homestyle Collective we offer free gift wrapping and a gift card so that you are able to send your gift direct to the recipient.  Note in the comments any special requirements you have.

We target an overnight delivery within the South Island and two day delivery to the North Island.
Please allow an additional 1-3 days for out of town deliveries.

We hold additional stock for some products in our warehouse, if stock in our main store is depleted we may deliver ex warehouse which can sometimes mean a longer delivery period.  If this happens we will let you know prior to dispatch.

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with a product, please let us know immediately.  If the product is faulty we will gladly replace it for you.

You have two weeks from date of purchase to exchange an item.  To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must be in the original packaging and we require a receipt, exchange card or proof of purchase.

Freight and associated costs of all product exchanges will be met by the customer.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings.
